Some ideas to enhance the combat experience. Make the enemy unit type unknown unless a friendly unit is ajacent to it, also if the enemy unit is in open/light terrain. This would really make players put more thought into combat strategy and would make scout units even more valuable. Give the ability to non-specialized units to do a self-destructive banzai charge. The turn after the unit goes 'kamikaze', the defense rating would drop to zero, but offense and speed would be doubled. The turn after that, the unit would suffer a brain aneurysm and would be considered destroyed. The top of every hour would be stressful for everyone. :)Last Edited: Mar 12, 2011, 5:15 pm |
